  I was truly dissapointed with this stay. Where to begin? The bed was as hard as a rock and so were the pillows. There are chickens on the property and chicken poo on porch and parking area. The side chair legs in LR were loose. The kitchen lighting was very dim and the kitchen was poorly equipped. The steps leading into the house did not have a hand rail. Communication with the host was not good. Remember before booking there is not a dishwasher. On the bright side that AC was excellent and the washer and dryer worked well.

  - The kitchen is stocked with a variety of essentials that many guests have found more than enough, and the lighting fixture is intentionally oversized to brighten the space as much as possible.
  - One of the chair legs in the living room was slightly loose and was easily fixed.
  - Many guests enjoy our free-range chickens, and while we’re glad to hear you interacted with them, we’ll remind our team to keep the porch and parking area cleaner.

  Super clean, everything you need. Did not affect us but if I had one suggestion, I would mention stairs to enter house.

  We stayed 2 nights in this super clean apartment. Neat as pin. Comfortable furnishings...everything looks brand new. It is located in a quiet neighborhood so very little noise from outside.

  We were slightly concerned about having a tenant above us but there was hardly any sounds. Way better than most hotels. We would definitely stay here again!
