Pleasant stay, place could use cleaning
3/5 Upon arrival, the neighborhood is very pleasant, appears to be well cared for by the home owners. The unit was quite warm, very warm up stairs. There is a portable AC unit in the smaller bedroom. The part on the exhaust hose that goes out the window was broken. We had to use foil and a plastic package to block the hot air from returning.

Overall a good stay
4/5 Overall this was a good place to stay. The house was clean and in a good neighborhood. The only real complaint was that the neighbors came in late and kept their TV on as loud as possible all night long. It was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed because of the noise.

Mini vacation
5/5 This was our second time staying at the same property. We came back since we liked it so much the first time. You can tell that other people that have stayed have been rough with the house making the owners have to put signs and new rules and that’s sad! We will definitely be back!
