  Nice property! Lake was up from rain, very little beach and couldn't get to dock. Enjoyed our week at the property.

  House itself was fine. The patio space was a mess. Not sure if it hadn’t been set up for guess for the season yet or what but if you want mosquitoes, you’ll have plenty to battle with here. Standing water in like 15 pots around the back area. Mosquitoes are a problem at the lake always but that really isn’t helping do more than give them a breading ground. It had a messy appearance to the outside space. Other than that the stay was nice.

  Hi Pam, thanks for your review. We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the condition of every space, inside and out, seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - Recent heavy rainfall and nearby construction have caused drainage issues in the patio decor, which unfortunately led to standing water.
  - We're actively working to resolve the drainage problems and prevent standing water from collecting moving forward.
  - We're also taking steps to refresh and maintain the outdoor area so it presents better and minimizes mosquito activity.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Perfect Family Get away!

  I booked this property so I could have the week with my children and grandchildren. It met everyone’s needs. The sandbox entertained the young children for hours, allowing us to visit with the gorgeous view of the lake behind the amazing landscape. We watched deer while drinking morning coffee. Spent endless hours on the sandy private beach which stayed shallow for greater than 10 ft., making it perfect for the younger children and any safety concerns. I just rebooked for 2025. Highly recommend.

  We stayed 3 nights at the lake house and it was great! Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Had everything that we needed to prep and cook our meals. We watch the wildlife from the back yard patio. We enjoyed the evening breeze off the lake.
