Overall good place
4/5 Overall this rental was good. Tamara was a wonderful host- super responsive and even gave us a late check out at no cost. The house itself was immaculate and everything is brand new. Lots of little extra things were there, including a huge basket of snacks the kids loved. Upstairs was perfect for our kids as well. A few things could be improved to help make the place even better:
Trash cans are all tiny, even main kitchen. Need a regular sized can.
Hardly any extra blankets/comforters.
No mixing bowls - could use more dishes for making meals.
We had a great stay and would absolutely come back without kids. Even though the inside was good for kids, because of the street being directly in front of the house and there being no yard, the outside is not kid friendly for us.
Mostly Handicapped accessible
5/5 We were specifically looking for a rental that would be somewhat handicapped accessible and offered majority of the house to be accessible from the ground floor without many steps. The house was a perfect fit for what we needed. I would say the only issue we had with her accessibility was the beds were too high and she couldn't get in and out very easily. Host was extremely friendly and helpful and responsive to any needs during our stay. The beach nearby was very cool to checkout during lowtide. The beach near the visitor center was amazing for my handicapped mother and offered a beach wheelchair from David's chair rental for her get down close to the water which was my favorite highlight of our whole trip. The prehistoric garden was great and awesome for the kids and not to far. Also the location was close enough to trees of mystery that we were able to drive there for one of the days. The rental was cute, clean and provided everything we needed.
