2/5 Property was pretty much as advertised, back outdoor area is in very shabby shape. Overgrown with weeds, picnic table is in poor shape. If you want a place to put a glass of water, cell phone, etc. next to the beds, you will need to bring your own tables. Also there’s nowhere but the floor to put a suitcase, except in one of the queen bedrooms. We used the dining table bench for a coffee table because there is nowhere in the LR to sit a beverage, etc. We knew all that going in, from the photos, but it’s worth mentioning.Window unit AC barely kept LR and dining area tolerable. Bedrooms were absolutely stifling even with use of fans. Owner might consider installing blackout drapes on the dining room slider to help ward off the afternoon sun.Property needs some maintenance inside. Sliding door track is full of debris and the door is very difficult to open. The area around the ceiling vents for the furnace are discolored/black. Big cobwebs on ceiling of primary bathroom. Primary bath vent is filthy. Living room window needs cleaned.The property is very expensive for what you get. If you aren’t opposed to stifling hot indoor temps, this property will work for you. Yes, it’s summer in central Oregon. Yes, it’s going to be hot. Guests would definitely benefit from the addition of central AC.Location is good.

Enjoyable stay
5/5 We had a great experience staying at this property. Easy check in. Large bedrooms. A 4 minute drive to the fairgrounds. Large backyard and plenty of room for parking. Exactly as described! Thanks for having us!
