Very nice home!
4/5 We had several issues arise during our stay; one was potentially dangerous but the others were minor. The manager and owner were VERY quick to respond to our concerns and help to solve the problems.
The home was perfect for our group. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen had all the utensils, plates, cups, etc you could need. It was very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and downtown shops. We would definitely stay here again.
2/5 Shower in the hallway doesn’t work properly, not enough pressure. Sink in kitchen leaks water bowl under sink.Coffee machine leaksFloors dirty, cleaned a few spills from previous tenants. Indoor fireplace not clean.Back door, hard to lock due to door sagging.Dog poop in backyardSides of house not fenced off. Throw up in driveway. Lots of garbage under front deck, beer cans.Needs deep cleaning.

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear parts of your stay did not meet expectations. Since your visit, we’ve had a plumber inspect the area under the kitchen sink and confirm a slow leak, which has now been repaired. We have also completed a deep clean of the home and made several upgrades, including new windows, fresh interior paint, cleaned carpets, a new upper deck off the primary bedroom, new faucets in the second bathroom, and updated shower plumbing in the third bedroom. While the backyard is not advertised as fenced, I appreciate you bringing your concerns to my attention, and I remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable stay for future guests."

Great beqch house experience
5/5 This house was big enough for our family and perfect for all the beach things we wanted to do. Very well stocked kitchen, lots of counter space. Would definitely consider this one again!
