Dont trust Google
5/5 Even though Google got us momentarily lost, this was such a perfect little spot to relax and enjoy watching the waves. We loved the beach access, and it was conveniently close to Yachats. Would stay again!

Beautiful beach location
5/5 Great location with views and simple access to the beach. Great space and features. You can hear the people upstairs when they move around, noticible at times but not a deal-breaker. Was a wonderful trip!

Great stay!
5/5 We had a great stay at Sanderling Sea Cottages. We visited mid-October to avoid the crowds and had the beach more or less to ourselves. Accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. It is a dog friendly place so expect to see dogs! We were in a downstairs unit and did hear guests in the unit above us moving around but they were courteous so it wasn't really an issue. The cottages are located right on Hwy 101 which I suppose could be an issue, traffic and noise wise, but we were also right on the beach which was a priority for us. Check in and out was easy. We didn't have any issues so never had to contact management.
Overall we were very satisfied with the Sea Cottages and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect coastal getaway with dogs
5/5 Stayed at this property with our two dogs to have one last vacation before our first child arrives. The property was clean and as expected. We loved the short walk to the beach. Located south of Newport made it feel like we weren’t in the heart of the tourist area. Waldport was a very cute town as well, you gotta check out the Whittier’s Workshop.

Perfect Family Getaway!
5/5 It was quiet, it was peaceful, there were whales, there were pizzas…very restful and relaxing! Could not recommend staying here enough if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing getaway.
