  Lots of issues with this property-overgrown lawn to start, broken ceiling fans, missing towels, soaps, broken chairs, game room was missing pieces to all games and had a broken sofa sleeper. No bath or dish towels or soaps. No water pressure in upstairs shower, downstairs bathroom had a mold odor, either housekeeping or previous guests overloaded wash/dryer and didn’t clean bedding correctly so that smelled pretty awful. The reason I did give 3 stars instead of just 1 is because after reaching out to host, she and the owners did try to make it somewhat right by having some of the missing but necessary items delivered. Property does have potential but needs repair and host should definitely go to property prior to guest arrival to make sure all is in order.

  - The property recently transitioned to a new cleaning and guest service team, which contributed to some of the missing items. Once notified, we promptly delivered towels and essentials to help make things right.
  - Lawn care is scheduled regularly, but the service did not arrive prior to your visit. We’re working to ensure better oversight moving forward.
  - The ceiling fans, chairs, and game room have all been rechecked, and any necessary repairs or replacements are underway.
  - We were not made aware of any odor or water pressure concerns during your stay, but we’re inspecting these items thoroughly to prevent future issues.
  - The upstairs sofa with the broken pullout bed is not listed as a sleeping accommodation; it is intended for seating only. The advertised pull-out bed is located in the main sectional couch.
  We appreciate your feedback and are using it to continue improving the guest experience.

• Place did not meet my expectations

  I was told the property was renovated but the only thing that looks renovated was the bathroom upstairs there was a leak in the kitchen above the stove from the bathroom upstairs I notify the listing agent and the caretaker about the leak no one came out to see it I was asked to be compensated all they gave me back for my conversation with 30 for my stay out of the amount of money I paid for that weekend it was inconvenient for me and my guess to share one shower

  - We're not sure why you thought we were renovating. We are not, we have new appliances, but we have not recently done any renovations.
  - We apologize for the lack of a response when you contacted us about the leak. We have replaced our guest contact and cleaner, and this should take care of this issue.
  - Regarding the leak, we have found and fixed the issue.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Dirty & Misleading

  The check in progress wasn't bad, the location is great. However, the Vrbo was filthy and not cleaned. All of the dishes had to be washed, the floors were dirty to where our black socks turned brown, there was loose hair all over the carpets, beds, bathrooms, and showers. The towels had a bad odor so we messaged the host. They said we could use the washer dryer but there was no laundry Detergent provided. The host then said they wouod drop off fresh towels the following morning and then never showed up. We messaged again the next day and they apologized and promised they would be there the next day and still never showed up. If i could give this place a 0/5 i would. Pictures are extremely misleading for this location everything seems newer and renovated online. once you arrive its like a blast from the past.
