A great getaway
4/5 We loved the cabin and the general cleanliness. I sent photos of the damage to the entry and received no response at all. One of the front porch lights was not working. The dishwasher was full of dishes and there was no coffee creamer provided. All minor things and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Second time was not a charm
3/5 We’ve stayed in this exact same cottage and cottages in the neighborhood before and looooved them. Not so much time. There was no shower curtain in the suite bedroom. I let the manager know and then said they were aware the rod had broken. Didn’t fix it before we came, just knew it was broken. One was put up the next day about two feet above the top of the tub. The plates were dirty in the cabinet and the propane tanks were empty. I’m not sure if they changed cleaning or managing companies but it was for the worse.

- We have recently changed cleaners/guest contact we are hoping they will do a good job. We will share your feedback and let them know what is expected so that this does not occur in the future.
- We will be sure to fill the propane tank for all future guests.
