With so many area attractions within walking distance, the wonderful island of Hilton Head is a beach lover's paradise. A quick 0.7-mile stroll will take you to Coligny Beach Park offering outdoor showers, changing rooms, and several lounging options - the perfect amenities that elevate a day of sand-filled fun!
When you get hungry, simply roam through Coligny Plaza across the street to find an abundance of restaurants such as Crave by Daniel's, The Porch Southern Kitchen and Bar, and Big Bamboo Cafe. Also in the plaza are various shops, a movie theater, and bike rental stores!
For a breath of fresh air, meander over to the beautiful Sea Pines Forest Preserve to discover the 4,000-year-old Sea Pines Shell Ring and walk through the scenic marshes filled with wildlife. This area also has trails for biking, boat tours, and seasonal events that the whole family will enjoy!
Golf enthusiasts will love playing a round at the Shipyard Golf Club, home to 27 holes that are surrounded by flourishing Carolina pine trees and blooming magnolias. Other nearby golf areas include Heron Point by Pete Dye, Harbor Town Golf Links, and Long Cove Club.

Family vacation
4/5 We always have a wonderful time visiting HHI. This location was great. Easy walk to the beach or drive 1 minute and park in the free beach parking area by Coligny beach. The unit is not as pictured. The furniture is different not a huge deal but you may want to update the pictures. Sink on the master bedroom upstairs was cracked and the faucets leaked. Some of the kitchen items should be replaced. Pans are old, toaster only works on one side and the coffee pot should be upgraded. I had to contact the manager to tell them that the pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned and that the pump didn’t work. They were quick to respond and the next day all was good. All in all this was a great vacation for all of us. Place was very roomy and the beds are comfortable. I would recommend this place to ofhers. Hopefully the items I mentioned especially the sink in the upstairs master bathroom will be fixed soon.

Great location but needs better cleaning
3/5 The dishes and entire unit need better cleaning. There was damage to unit upon arrival that I informed the contact person about. The contact person didn’t return my call after I left a message and I had to call her again a few days later. Then when I texted her pictures of damage she didn’t respond. It says there is a home gym but there wasn’t one. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping.

Room to stretch out- nice place
4/5 Excellent unit for multiple couples, families, guys or girls trips. Private ensuite bathroom in each bedroom and a powder room. You can never have too many bathrooms! Lol

This condo is a five minute walk to Celebration park and a mmfew reataurntz. A ten minute walk to the beach, and Coligny plaza

Partial refund
5/5 We are still waiting to hear from the property manager about a refund for the 1st night - as our air conditioner did not work and it was 85 degrees for the first 24 hours. The repair guy said he had been at our unit before. The manager accused us of freezing tue unit . We were told someone would contact me after the trip and no one has .
