4/5 This unit was in a great location in Shipyard. The unit is as described. The kitchen and upstairs master were very nice and spacious! The two issues we experienced were that the a/c did not blow cool air into the downstairs bedroom sufficiently and the keypad into the unit was broken for four days, which was inconvenient. We love Hilton Head; recommend biking, days at the beach, Java Burrito, Black Marlin & Nectar! Thank you!

Relaxation
4/5 This condo is exactly as described . Very spacious and welcoming . We truly enjoyed our week in HH . The owners have a surround sound TV that bumps up to the neighbors and guess it bounces off there walls and we got a complaint to kindly ask to lower the TV which we did . Home is dog friendly and had my 14 year old Maltese there and he has anxiety when we are not around . The neighbors wife made a not so nice comment our last night going out for our sunset cruise in regards to my dog . This has nothing to do with Evolve however if you have a dog with you , think twice before renting this unit . Neighbors dog barked at night and we never said a word . All in all this is my fourth rental with Evolve and it’s been perfect no issues on any rentals . We hope to go back next year and book with Evolve however would sadly not rent this unit due to the neighbors wife .
Tennis and Fun
5/5 Everything about this home was just right. We especially enjoyed the morning view from the patio and location close to the beach and tennis.
