  We had a great stay in this condo with our family of five. Everybody had enough space and it was very convenient to the beach!

• Barely Acceptable...

  There's a difference between simple and cheap. This place was cheap in that it just didn't provide what was needed for a restful, enjoyable stay. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, no extra trash bags, no laundry detergent, no extra dishwasher tablets, nothing. It made for a frustrating stay realizing that at every turn I was going to need to make another run to the store to get a simple amenity that should have been provided. There were numerous outlets that wouldn't work. The ceiling fans were so loud and rickety that they were unusable. No beach chairs, toys or towels were provided.

  Most egregious was that there were no extra sheets provided for the pullout couch. The extra linens were stuffed in the closet and just looked and felt dirt. That's just unacceptable.

  Cleanliness was acceptable, but just barely - one of the "clean" towels was not usable.

  There's a wasp nest on the porch, so that made it less than ideal to use that.

  The beds were uncomfortable and the blinds in the master bedroom were so cheap that when the sun came up, it was like they weren't there.

  Couch felt dirty and was uncomfortable to sit on.

  No luggage racks provided.

  Only one car pass was provided.

  It just seemed like the owners tried to take shortcuts at every single turn.

  I would not recommend staying here unless a bare level of upgrades were made.

  - Our local team confirmed that the unit was stocked with starter supplies before your arrival, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dish soap, and bath amenities in each bathroom.
  
  - While we understand the disappointment regarding the lack of beach gear, this has not been provided for some time due to wear and loss, and it’s not advertised in the listing.
  
  - Some of the outlets in the unit are switch-controlled, which may have caused confusion.
  
  - As for the parking pass, a second pass was submitted as soon as the request was brought to our attention during your stay. We normally provide one unless otherwise requested due to HOA guidelines.
  
  - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the bedding didn't meet your preferences. We’ll continue to monitor our guests' comments to ensure they remain comfortable.
  
  - Although our team did not express concerns about the current sofa, we had already been planning to replace it after the season. We've since decided to move that timeline up, and a new sofa and loveseat will be in place before the next guest arrives.
  
  - We encourage guests to notify us of any issues upon arrival so we can address them promptly, but we’ve still asked our Guest Contact to thoroughly inspect the unit to ensure all concerns have been resolved.

  We had a problem getting the door unlocked when we got there. But overall it was great clean perfect for our family. And a short walk to beach!

  Checked in to find no working AC in unit. Was told it might be due to recent storm, but all other units were working. Also found the air handler return to be very dirty and areas of mold around several vents. This could not have been due to the storm. I have photos if someone would like them.

  "Hi Harris, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the AC issue during your stay. The HVAC system was in working order during the final check before the storm, but it seems there was an unexpected electrical surge that damaged the compressor in the condenser. The air handler continued to run, which unfortunately led to unconditioned air circulating in the unit. Once we were aware of the problem, we acted quickly to resolve it and minimize the impact on your stay. We have since replaced the entire HVAC system to ensure this does not happen again.
