We had such an amazing stay and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We traveled with our family and another couple with kids, and the home was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel comfortable.
The house was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. There were so many thoughtful touches and amenities that made our trip easier and more enjoyable. It really felt like everything we needed was already there.
The pool and outdoor space were a huge highlight for us, and the close proximity to the beach made it even better.
The hosts were fantastic, very responsive and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

My company booked this house for our company leadership retreat, and we could not have enjoyed it more. They had everything we needed from Pool, Hot tub, games to a golf cart to drive to and from the beach. The unit had more than enough room for the 6 adults and 2 children in our group. We will definitely book this home for future trips
We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. Close to the beach! Had so much fun jumping in the pool!!
Stayed 4 nights. If you want complicated check in by the village this is the place for you— the owners accommodated as best they could. If you want to stay with roaches, this is the place for you. We had to leave the kitchen lights on to deter them from coming out. They were coming out while we were cooking as well. Pictures to proof. Literally one dead greeting us at the door Hard to believe any of the previous reviews did not mention roaches. If you want midnight texts from the owner, reminding you of things to do, this is the place for you. We felt watched during our stay.House in itself, beautiful inside and out. Good location. Don’t think we will stay again.

From the owner: We were sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our home. We would like to clarify the following;
- The check-in instructions are very specific so that our guests know what the gated community requires. We have no control over this, and it's for the safety of our community, which includes our guests.
- We had the property treated a few weeks before your check-in, and it is scheduled regularly; however, we are near the coast, and there is a small pond directly adjacent to the house. It has also been an unusually wet summer, and we can't prevent 100% of the bugs. Apparently, there is a type of bug in the area this summer that is resistant to regular treatments. As soon as we found out about this, we scheduled an additional treatment to take care of the problem.
- All guests receive standard text reminders during their stay, including trash reminders and how to operate the hot tub cover, as well as other pertinent information about the property. These are the only reminders you received. If the trash is missed, it becomes a problem for the next guest who has to deal with it. We have also had guests misuse the hot tub cover, and it is costly to replace.
- We do not watch the guests, but do periodically check the security footage when we receive alerts, for safety reasons. Our security cameras are fully disclosed in our listing. We are sorry for the inconvenience you felt.
