  The front railing was completely broken and on the ground as we arrived. It was an eyesore. The dryer was inoperable, we couldnt dry the clothes we washed. A trip to the nearest laundromat about 30 minutes away was exactly what we wantwd to do with our vacation time. The acces code for the living room tv did not work. There lights in 2 of the 3 bedrooms did not work. There were no comforters on any of the beds only sheets. There were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. We were so excited about finally getting to live out of our suitcases on the floor. I would not stay in this unit again

  Online it's saying that eight people can sleep there, but actually six people only can sleep comfortably. No living/ dining room, no table to eat at, we all had to stand and eat because they don't have table for dining. The dryer did not dry and we had to dry our clothes/ towels outside. Manager communication was not good, did not respond to any of my calls or texts. the location is good.

• Just a couple issues

  The house was very nice but there were a few issues that I think having a guest contact that he's easier to get a hold of would be extremely helpful to this rental. The keypad entry quit working while we were out at the beach and we needed to get in to get ready to go somewhere else and we were locked out. We had to all stay outside while we tried to contact Gwendolyn and also evolve. After 2 hours of sitting on the porch we finally were able to get in. I realize it was not a horrible problem but it made us miss our dinner reservations. The only other problem we had was the dryer didn't work properly but we didn't realize that till the last day when we try to use it. But we couldn't get a hold of them about that either. I would definitely stay there again because it was a very nice place and close to the beach and activities but they need to have it easier to get a hold of the guest contact when there's a problem. We had to leave messages at both places and wait for them to return our calls which took a long time.
