The bunk beds were not confortable that’s it
4/5 Everything was perfect, they had bored games, they also had towels for us, it just the bunk beds were not confortable to sleep in

The bunk beds were uncomfortable, so we could’ve had the opportunity to replace them immediately for you, which we would have done gladly to ensure you enjoyed your stay and had nothing but good memories. This is the first time we’ve ever received any complaints about the bunk beds. Thank you for letting us know. We will surely do something about it immediately by replacing them. I’m not sure if there’s any homeowner who goes as far as sleeping in a child’s bunk bed to maintain a five-star rating, but after receiving this review, apparently it might be necessary. Thanks again. We truly appreciate the feedback."
