Okay
3/5 The stay was okay. Had issues with getting into the property, messaged the owner several times a couple days before and no response. I never got the access code and had to call VRBO to get thee code, if I had not done that we would have never gotten in. The home was okay other than they have an ant issue at the front door, I believe its due to the age of the home and just needs to be checked. We also tried to clean as much as we could but could not find any outside trashcan to throw our trash in as it stated in the book with instructions. I would've messaged the owner but they never returned any of my messages.

- We’re sorry for any check-in confusion. Guests receive the code through the booking platform, and there’s a sign on the lock with step-by-step instructions. Our contact information is included in the check-in instructions so guests can easily reach us before arrival.
- We’re keeping an eye on the ant activity near the front door and will have the area treated so it’s taken care of for future guests.
- We keep the outdoor trash can raised for cleaning, and guests can leave bagged trash inside or outside, which our cleaning team takes care of after each stay.
