  We absolutely had the best time for our family vacation this year! This unit, Baywatch 1222 was BY FAR the cleanest, most comfortable, best view and location in Baywatch we’ve ever stayed in! Perfect balcony view and comfortable high bar stool height sturdy chairs to watch the sun rise and set possible! Perfectly centered to view all the pools, and hear the live music at the bar! Complete kitchen to prepare any breakfast, lunch, and dinner with every utensil and kitchen gadget you could think of including a coffee pot and keurig with pods! Quiet brand new washer/dryer, dishwasher, even had extras like sand toys, boogie boards, and extra beach chairs in the closet! Loved the beachy table, and decor that made you fully aware this was a beach retreat! There are even a nice selection of puzzles and family games for some quality entertainment, and books to take on the beach for reading! Plenty of clean linens and comfortable beds! And the a/c works amazing for a comfortable stay! This unit is our new favorite! Trust me, not all units are the same, and the updates and cleanliness, and extras (or lack thereof) can make or break the quality of your trip! We will most definitely become regulars in Baywatch 1222!!

  Oh and there is a local contact number for the cleaning person and the owners are a text away from addressing ANYTHING you may need!! We loved the personal, direct contact to the people you rent from!

• Great Beach Condo!

  My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely oceanfront condo. Loved the beautiful ocean views from inside the condo and from the spacious balcony. Tons of great resort amenities including multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs/pools/lazy river options, restaurants, and an exercise room. The property owner/guest contact was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during our stay. Highly Recommend this place! (Your kids will LOVE it) Will definitely be back!

• Comfortable stay and great view

  Well maintained accommodations with nice amenities right in the building. Everything worked as expected, and two nearby parking spaces were provided to make day-trips convenient. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room area, comfortable beds. Exactly the size able to comfortably accommodate our family of six. Balconies had great views of the beach, and the building bordered right up to the sand, with three convenient entrances available. Multiple hot tubs, one of which was always hot (it was Nov), and a gift shop and eating/socializing available right on site. The key-less entry made it real easy for all of us to get in/out without handing off keys.

  All in all we all had a wonderful time and all look forward to returning.
