4/5 The location was great and pool area nice. The poolWas clean but quite small for the number of units in the building. Our unit was not very clean. The kitchen area had very dirty appliances and dressers. The bedroom with bunk beds was so tiny and mattress were so hard. Not at all comfortable. Dryer is very rusty. Toaster is filthy and rugs very worn/dirty n

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We’ve followed up with our cleaning team to ensure that future guests arrive at a spotless and fully prepared unit.
Regarding the mattresses, they are new memory foam, but we understand that comfort can vary from guest to guest. We’ll be adding optional mattress toppers to help enhance sleep quality. We’ll also take a closer look at the toaster and appliances and replace or deep-clean them as needed.
The rug is relatively new, but we’ll have it professionally cleaned and evaluated for wear. Your input helps us improve, and we truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
