    I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE ADVERTISEMENT ONLINE STATED WINDOW A/C BUT WHEN WE GOT TO THE 3RD FLOOR LOFT, IT WAS NOT HOOKED UP. WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE CLOSET AND INSTALL OURSELVES. BUT IF YOU WAIT A COUPLE HOURS, OPEN THE WINDOWS, IT WILL COOL DOWN. THE ROOM WAS 85 DEGREES, WE HAD BEEN WALKING ALL DAY AND READY TO RELAX AND COOL DOWN!

    SINCE IT WAS THE HOTTEST DAYS OF AUGUST, YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE INSTALLED FOR US, OR AT THE VERY LEAST THE CEILING FANS ON, TO CIRCULATE THE ALREADY HOT AIR!
