  Stayed here the year of 2023 for the Sturgis rally and enjoyed the stay. Very convenient location blah blah blah. For some reason you have to yell through a locked door at an Alexa to change the temperature setting on the thermostat? Hilarious I thought.

  HOWEVER, we reserved the same location for the next year with much time in advance. (8 months in advance). Comes time to pay for the reservation they cancel our trip and give us some bs run around with many bogus excuses as to why they decided that. Ultimately telling us that it is their reserved right to cancel any reservation. Exercise your rights all over us why don’t you? They cancel us 4 weeks before our arrival date completely ruining all plans, flights, timelines, etc. Now we are left with little to no options to stay in the city and they offer no other location for us to stay. Very unprofessional and not transparent owners. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Have a nice day I hope I ruined it. -maison

  - We apologize for any confusion regarding the thermostat. The Google speaker is actually located next to the couch for easy access.
  - We're sorry you felt your recent vacation was ruined. Regarding the cancellation, we did clearly explain the reasons we chose to cancel after you had also previously canceled and rebooked numerous times.

  Great location, main street and grocery store are easily walkable. Fantastic having a garage available, especially during winter. Quiet basement apartment, probably the best sleep I've had on the road. Good wifi.

  Great location, easy to find with plenty of room for our small group. Garage access & provided amenities were a great bonus. You can't beat the price and accessibility.
