Slightly strange but overall great experience!
4/5 Perfect location with amazing outdoor space. Spent our family reunion days floating, fishing, visiting.Like other reviews, the house is laid out weird. My 81 year-old aunt went with us and she can't do a lot of stairs so it took a bit of figuring to get settled. The house is 3 levels:Bottom level: requires no stairs but slippery slope to get down. Black metal bunk beds and queen room share full bath. Larger kitchen. Screen porch, picnic table deck and docks on this level. Great for teens. Smells funky. No inside stairs to upper levels.Middle level (main hang out): several small steps to access front door. 2 big tables, 2 sofas, smaller kitchen, game room, bunk room (no bath), sun room, upper deck, king suite with bath, common half bath. Staircase to 3rd floor.3rd floor: bunk room shares bath with one king room, 2nd king room has private bath, den area in middle. My elderly aunt stayed in bunk room on 2nd floor but had to share bath. Not perfect but it worked. She managed to get to the waterfront a couple of times but we were nervous about it. The house is really comfortable once you figure out how to set up. Clean. Would be perfect if the gameroom was sacrificed for a bigger kitchen and bathroom for that bunk room/sunroom area. Amazing views. Expensive for the odd layout but worth it for the amount of sleeping space and the lake access!!! We were glad we went for it! It has to be one of the best on the lake... and Douglas Lake is amazing.

5/5 The pictures don’t even touch the beautiful view this house has of the Smokey mountains!!! It’s breathtaking!
The house itself was wonderful and the rooms were spacious and it was great for multiple families to have their own space. The house manager was very friendly and quick to answer our questions and concerns.
Would definitely stay here again

5/5 The cabin was awesome. There was plenty of room for the amount that it can sleep. the dock is amzing as well an it's in a quiet cove
Lake vacation
5/5 We all (12 of us) loved our week at the lake! The location was perfect for fishing, jumping off the dock and swimming, or just floating on rafts. Boat rental is about 5 mins away, and we enjoyed 2 days with jet skis and a pontoon boat with tube. Great hiking is nearby and we had a fun day at Dollywood. There is truly something for everyone!
