Excellent stay with everything you need!
5/5 A family getaway for a few days. Great place to stay with all kinds of entertainment from games to bear sightings on the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
5/5 The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the stay. The living room was spacious, the front porch was so nice to sit and look out from, and it had everything we needed. We would definitely book again.
Great view of city and mountains
5/5 One of the best views of the city and mountains especially from the indoor hot tub. Lots of games for the kids to play. Updated kitchen with good layout. Bedrooms are a little dated but overall great deal.

Need to pay more attention in the cleanings .
1/5 As soon as you walk in there was a horrible smell like mold and cigarette and humidity combined . The policy says no pets allowed but the beds sheets and covers and sofas were full of pets white hair. Had to go to sleep after washing all the bedding late at night. Because they were smelly and full of white hair . The sponge at the kitchen was old and smelly .

Good location, nice kitchen!
4/5 Overall, the property was a good value for the price. The location was nice, check in was easy, the kitchen was clean and well equipped, and having a hot tub, pool table, and games were nice for our family. Having the Christmas tree already up and decorated was a special touch!
The only issues we had were that the hot tub never got really hot, the chemical smell in the house was overwhelming (but once we took the three plug-ins out it really helped a lot), the person we were told to contact with any questions never answered my text, and we were quite disappointed that we never saw a bear since that was mentioned in many of the reviews (although I realize that is just luck of the draw, so I'm not holding that against anybody)! I just wanted to mention that you may not see a bear if that's one of your goals.
Overall, I would recommend the chalet to others!
