Great time in the Smokies!
5/5 The house was perfectly located to town but also giving you the secluded feel. It was clean and perfect for our needs! Cute place for sure!
Not what we hoped for
2/5 Overall this property is in need of some renovations and upgrades. However, it did its job of giving a place to sleep at night that was semi-secluded and close to gatlinburg. I would probably never rent this place again and would strongly caution others before they rent this place.

Place was absolutely not clean or ready when we arrived. Moldy food on the stove, trash everywhere, and none of the linens were clean.
Customer Service was very hit or miss with the contact person for this property. She got our rental clean for the next day but other questions after that were not followed up with. Also began to get snippy with me after having to email her multiple times (Wouldn’t answer phone most of the time and couldn’t leave voicemails due to mailbox being full.)
The rental property itself was slightly older and seemed to be stuck in the 90s or 80s. Definitely a “landlord” special with haphazard paint jobs and shotty fixes (ie:tape on the glass for the light in the kitchen.) Furniture and beds were extremely worn down, (the beds felt like metal springs with bed sheets on them.) The whole place is need of major upgrades for the price we paid.
Not entirely family friendly. The whole family could sleep here but hardly anything in the cabin for entertainment. (ie: one tv for the cabin and one board game)
Also The pictures are not entirely accurate on the representation of this place.
