    Check in process was a bit confusing, only because your driving straight up a mountain with multiple turns and multiple condos. The unit number was easy to find once we got on top of the mountain. However my family and I did not get a chance to stay unfortunately. When we checked in the entire unit was in disarray, the sheets on the bed were dirty from the prior guest who had slept in them. There was also soaking wet towels from the previous guest in the bath tub and showers. The floors were horrendous covered in crumbs. I had drove 4 hours with 4 small kids and we just wanted to settle in. The cleaning crew had not been there to clean the unit. I spoke with the owners who offered to reach out to the cleaners and see if they could come up the mountain and clean it, but at that point I knew it could take a couple hours and we just did not want to wait, and the reason being is... well it should of already been cleaned upon arrival. Sadly we left and found another place to go. The owner did offer me a full refund at this point and seemed very understanding, he also explained that this situation has never happened before. I honesty believe the cleaning crew just forgot to show up that day or possibly miscommunication with the company. All in all our family had a wonderful trip once we finally got to our new cleaned condo at another resort.

  • Great Stay and Scary Roads

    Property was fantastic. Pool and hottubs were nice. Gorgeous views to get to the property but be prepared for the switchbacks of a lifetime all up a 70 degree incline. If you’re scared of heights or have car anxiety I recommend something not on top of the mountain. Condo was for the most part clean. Top quilt had food on it and the mattress cover was stained in one room and there was a dead moth underneath the shower mat. Had everything we needed but the kitchen stuff could be updated. All together a fantastic place.

    It was great. There were ample towels and soaps shampoos conditioners for each bathroom, there were ample pillows blankets as well. The patio was great. We didn't see any bear there but we did other areas. Definitely will rent again. Thank you.

    Rooms are very clean and spacious. Great location and view!

    The stay was great and enjoyed the trip. We had the best time staying at this condo it had all the amenities of home.

    Would stay again in the future. Highly recommended!!

    We arrived around 7pm to find our place uncleaned and with dirty linens and sheets still on the floor/bed. After talking with the owner, the cleaning service somehow had an error in their scheduling and never came. They sent someone out about an hour later to clean the bathrooms and provide us with basic toiletries, but they only did a partial cleaning and returned the next day due to the late time and my family of 4 (two toddlers) not being able to leave the property after 8pm. I ended up getting my cleaning fee refunded, which was nice of the owner.

    Outside of that, the condo overall was pretty nice. We really enjoyed the living room.

    Unfortunately, there are several complaints worth mentioning that weren't a huge deal to us, but could be for others. Those include the oven not working well, burning garlic bread 2 separate instances as well as cinnamon rolls, even experimenting with lower temps. The cookware is somewhat usable if you're desperate, I recommend bringing your own if you plan on cooking inside. The garbage disposal works poorly and the sink takes a while to drain if there's anything but 100% water draining. The shower is the smaller bathroom leaked the entire time we were there and was noticeable loud at night. We never used the bathroom and kept the door shut, tightening the handles made no change. The smaller bedroom had at least 20 ladybugs we counted crawling along the walls. Stinkbugs were found on the living room curtains. The windows look extremely dirty when the sunlight is shining on them. The shower head in the bigger bathroom needs replacing and is probably over 20yrs old.

    All of the beds, couch, and rocking chairs were clean and comfortable.
