  Great stay overall! Very easy access to condo with a code that was sent to us a few days in advance. Had connection issue with wi-fi which was quickly resolved by host. Condo was dated and in need of minor repairs but comfortable. Drive up the mountain to the condo was beautiful. We saw bears on the drive up 3 of the 4 days we stayed. Loved listening to the frogs at night!

  2nd time staying here. Great views around property. Yes, there really are bears there. If youre a bad driver or scared of driving up the mountain... you might not like the road. Condo has everything needed for an enjoyable sleep and stay.

• Beautiful location.

  The location was beautiful with amazing views. Clean pool/hot tubs. Condo was ok. 2 of the 3 tvs didnt work properly. The dishwasher was broke and full of dirty dishes and the kitchen sink leaked so bad you couldn't do the dishes in it. We tried to contact the owner and they never answered our messages.

• Gatlinburg Ober Mountain Ski Resort Condo

  The view of the ski resort and zip line was amazing especially watching the night skiing. It captured everyone’s attention. We had a broken toilet seat on arrival and the repairman was there in less than two hours. There were not enough electrical outlets and they brought a 2 prong not a three prong (my fault I didn’t specify) I would suggest bringing your own extension cord. The ski resort took 40 minutes to get to later in the day so I would advise getting there when it opens then it only takes 10 minutes and buy the parking pass. The TV was older and did not have streaming nor mirroring ability. I recommend bringing a family game or cards. In the winter I would recommend 4x4 the roads were steep and a lot of sharp turns. The snow was made as it was not cold enough end of December.
