  Loved the updates in this unit. This is our 4th stay at Gatlinburg Chateau. We love the location. We would recommend it to anyone wanting to be close to Gatlinburg but not right in the middle of the strip. We will definitely stay here again.

  We had a very nice time in Gatlinburg and the condo worked very well for the four of us. It was clean and the check in process was very easy.

  The condo is beautiful and comfortable for a vacation stay. The bedrooms are big enough for four people to stay. The walk to downtown is close but it is a hill and there are lots of stairs. I would not recommend this for anyone with a physical disability. The trolley does run this route and can save you a few steps. The elevator was out when we got there which meant we had to haul all of our stuff up about 40 stairs. Needless to say that was exhausting. After about an hour in the condo, the water quit working. A waterline burst outside and the host was kind enough to get us a hotel at a local hotel so we could use the restrooms/shower. The property manager also purchased gallons of water for those who needed it. Thankfully, the waterline was repaired the next day. We did see a bear from the balcony on our second to last day.

  Cute comfortable condo conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Condo has comfortable beds and a cute deck with wonderful views! i would definitely stay there again!
