Stylish Gatlinburg Condo w/ Pool: Walk Downtown!

  The condo was very clean and tidy. The location was very convenient and parking was plentiful. It was easy to walk to Gattlinburg attractions and both the condo and the condo complex itself were immaculately clean. Unfortunately, the photos of the condo posted online do not present the condo accurately. The condo is much smaller in person than the pictures make it appear. With the sofa bed pulled out, it is a tight squeeze to walk through the living room to the back bedroom. The kitchen is literally eight square feet and very dark. The views from the balcony are of the rooftop of a nearby condo, a parking lot, and scrub weeds and bushes. Yes, you can see the lights of Gattlinburg at night, but the condo views were very disappointing. The swimming pool is very small, and the hot tub was drained and "under construction" while we were there. Additionally, the condo elevator did not operate during our entire stay there, which was a huge inconvenience.

I truly regret the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service, as I mentioned at check-in, the replacement part has been delayed but is expected to arrive any day now.
  
  The condo photos were taken without filters or enhancements and are intended to accurately reflect the space; the square footage is also listed to provide full transparency. While the hot tub is currently under renovation, it’s not advertised as an amenity during this time to avoid any surprises.

  Overall nice place. Loved the bedrooms having their own bathrooms. Within walking distance to downtown but it is uphill so keep that in mind. Only complaint I had was the hot tub was down so access to the pool was hard to get to and they didnt mention that in the rental documents. Also, the AC in one of the bedrooms was vented from the living so it was a little warm when the door was shut. Other than that, it was what was expected. Got to see a bear the first night there so that was exciting.

  This unit was just perfect! Spacious, clean, & quiet, with large comfortable beds. No issues whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again!
