  Our trip was enjoyable, but the VRBO was the worst experience l've had to date. I have enjoyed my stay in many other properties, so I was quite shocked by this home. First impression was the house was not clean. Beginning with the front entrance. Someone had been doing yard work, and did not clean up the mess. There was dirt and grass all over the walkway, and the front porch. It got worse everyday, someone was working in the yard, but never cleaned up the walkway or porch. The hardwood floors were dusty and dirty when we arrived also. The windows were filthy, and covered with huge cobwebs. The water pressure was extremely low, plus the hot water ran out the first day. Two ceiling fans didn't work, so rooms were warm. There were no window coverings in most of the house, and in the bedrooms they were inadequate. We were woken up by 5:30 am. Not fun on vacation. There was also a complete lack of furnishings. Only a very small couch for 4 people. The only eating space was a small, narrow table with small wood stools to sit on. So many things were missing in the home; hangers, Kleenex, stationary, washer/dryer, fans, and missing screens on windows. We were not able to use the rooftop patio because the light wouldn't work, and it was filthy. We also had a bug issue; ants in the master bedroom and centipedes in the bathrooms and kitchen.There were electrical outlets in the living room not working. Also the bed linens were sub-par and ill fitting on the beds.

• Nice but could be much more!

  The home was clean but very minimally furnished. No frills. The dining room table and individual benches for chairs are for little people, not a good set up for dining or even playing games. There is one sectional in the living room, much more seating needed for 8 adults. No coffee provided, no cocktail glasses. No art or the walls, no dressers in bedrooms or hangers in closets. Inexpensive bedding. 1 bottle of shower gel to share. Grass in yard very overgrown, no curb appeal and deck was filthy. Some upgrades would easily address these issues.

• Spacious place

  The property was very clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, there were a few areas where some basic amenities could be improved. For example, none of the bedrooms had chairs, and while the closets were a good size, there were no hangers provided. The home appeared to be set up for a washer and dryer, but those appliances were not installed, which was a bit inconvenient. We also found that there weren’t quite enough towels for the size of our group. Additionally, the second-floor hallway shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to use. Lastly, the main living area could use more seating—adding a couple of chairs would make the space more comfortable for larger groups.Overall, with a few small upgrades, this rental could be much more accommodating. • Spacious and Clean Stay, But Needs Privacy Upgrades"

  The property was clean, spacious, and conveniently located within driving distance of all the activities we had planned. The temperature control was excellent, keeping us comfortable during an unexpected cold snap. However, there were a few issues: there were no shades or blinds in any of the rooms, which made it difficult to get dressed or feel completely comfortable at night due to the lack of privacy. The water pressure in the master bedroom was also quite low, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the garage could not be accessed from the outside. Normally, this wouldn’t have been an issue because of the spacious driveway, but with the very cold weather, it would have been nice to use it.Despite these minor issues, this was my first Vrbo experience, and it was overall pleasant. I’d stay here again, but I highly recommend adding blinds in the rooms for privacy and ensuring better water pressure.
