  The house inside was fine inside, ( remodeled) and worked out perfectly for our little trip -(super close to Dollywood) AC worked well as it’s been warm! The road traffic wasn’t too bad. Furniture was fairly comfortable. (The house is located by an RV park but it was quite- we didn’t really see or hear alot of people)

  (If you’re bringing dogs, the yard isn’t fenced in)

  (My only minor complaints would be the hot tub wasn’t useable, there wasn’t any laundry detergent available and no coffee provided)

• Conveniently Located to Area Attractions

  We enjoyed our short stay at this property which was conveniently located to Dollywood, the Island and the strip in Pigeon Forge. The home was clean and cool during the warm afternoons. There were 3 bedrooms offering 2 kings and 1 queen size bed. The living room furniture in the listing was different than what we found when we arrived but was still very comfortable. There were towels, washcloths and bed linens as well as dish soap and dishwasher pods. There was 1 packet of laundry detergent that was didn’t find until the day we checked out.Overall a great deal and place to hang our hats at the end of a busy day. Would stay again.

• Great location, bare minimum home

  We really liked the location, as our main interest in the area was Dollywood. We did find the home to be appointed at a very minimal standard. There were exactly the amount of bath towels for our party which i suppose is fine, but hopefully you dont need an extra for anything. Also ,we didnt have a wash cloth per person. Some of us did without Also no towels for the hot tub..The hot tub was sketchy. The filter was atroc

We’ve brought on a new, highly rated cleaner with pre-arrival inspections and have restocked and added extra linens for guest comfort. • A clean place to stay with a good location

  There were not enough towels and not enough seating in the living room. The smaller bedroom was supposed to have a queen bed when it was definitely a full size bed that made it hard for a couple to sleep. Other then that it was a good place to stay!

• Wonderful Weekend

  The house was clean and very spacious! The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
