Love this place
5/5 This place was so nice and so comfortable. Clean and quiet. My dog was happy to sometimes he goes to places and will not sleep good. My teenaged boys found a way down to the water through the woods and I was able to sit on the porch and see them. It was a good location not far from all fun. I will be back soon.

Decent
3/5 Overall experience was good. Beds were very comfortable and inside the house was clean. Unfortunately some porch chairs were broken and family members almost fell while sitting down. Lower level deck was extremely dirty and covered with bugs and cobwebs. Communication with host was non existent. We were never given any information about the neighborhood, including the code to get into the pool area.the description for this home also states there is swimming and fishing available, but this is not true from this location.

- Our cleaners do their best to keep the outdoor area clean, however, it is certainly possible for Mother Nature to have an effect on the outdoor area once our cleaning crew has left.
- After inspecting the chairs, I found none were broken and tightened any loose screws to ensure their stability.
- There is no code required for pool access.
- An information sheet in the house provides details on swimming and fishing at the marina within the neighborhood, making these activities easily accessible.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
