    House was very clean. Just very worn out. Lots of things needs tightened such as beds, towel racks, chairs, shower heads, faucets, trim on door. Hot tub leaks so it doesnt want to function . New hot tub cover needed, its so water logged you can barely lift it. Other than this eveeything was great. Really wanted hot tube experience in the smokies but hey maybe next time
