5/5 Perfect for a couple or small family. We stayed on the top floor of the beach house which was a studio set up with a kitchenette and two patios to hang out on. One patio faces the ocean and has nice furniture to lounge on! It looked exactly like the pictures. You do have to walk up three sets of stairs but we did okay. Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels for my family of 4. The host even had shampoo/conditioner if needed. We walked to the beach; it's only about 1.5 blocks away. I was worried about the a/c situation because I get hot very easily. It's an updated unit and kept the room very cool! We had an excellent time and would like to stay here again.

5/5 Great view of the water. About two minute walk to the surf. Very nice and cozy room. AC was excellent and beds were comfortable. All the amenities you need.
