4/5 The location was excellent. The views were great. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is needing some minor repairs. It did have air conditioning, but the window units struggled to keep up with the heat and humidity of the day. Overall for a short stay, it was good. If we would have stayed longer, it wouldn't have been adequate.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your valuable feedback. We do have central heat in the house and are considering installing central air as well. Because of the highly corrosive ocean air and our closeness to the beach, central air conditioners do not last very long. So, we are also looking at more easily replaceable, higher cooling capacity window units as an alternative. With continual improvements being made, we are certain that you will find your next stay with us much more pleasant and enjoyable, and we look forward to hosting you again."
