  • Needs serious work

    About an hour before we were to arrive our guest contact sent us a text saying the front door was not working & we would have to use the back door. She said they would have the door fixed. It was never fixed & the door knob to the back door came off in my husbands hand. The apartment smelled of sewage, mildew and mold. The dishwasher was full of food and pieces of rusted out rack in the bottom & smelled of vomit. A large cockroach came in through the broken down front door. The shower curtains were covered in mold and mildew. We were left with 2 trash bags, 4 rolls tp, 1 roll of paper towels and one kitchen towel for a family of 5 for a whole week. I contacted the guest contact, she took a while to respond, when did was not friendly & just stopped. She sent cleaning crew the next day. A lady & man came not speaking english. The lady had windex and a rag to clean out dishwasher. She left debris on the floor & the rack on the counter. The man saw the shower curtains shook his head & then showed me a text stating next day we would have new shower curtains. He then handed me a can of fabreeze for the bathroom smell. Furniture was dingy & falling a part. Chair had the tacks exposed, the sofa couch was thin and stained, the pillows were thin & stained. A nail was sticking out by the master bath sink, no tp holder, the ceiling plaster was crumbling, the hand soaps were not even filled up. When looking for tp under sink found holes filled with bags and black mold. Not all of proble

    - The issue with the front door lock was due to a supply delay from Home Depot, which unfortunately could not be resolved until after your stay.
    - Our cleaning crew did visit during your stay to address the issues you reported, and we have since replaced the shower curtains and had the condo professionally retreated by an exterminator.
    - Although the dishwasher racks show signs of wear, it still works fine and does not need replacing.
    - We acknowledge your feedback about the furnishings and will evaluate potential updates in the future.
    - Our cleaning partner and their crew speak Spanish, which is common in the area, but our guest contact does speak English and strives to assist all guests.
    We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

The problem may stem from low batteries or limited memory caused by an excess of stored codes.     It was great. Condo had everything that we needed. Great location minutes from everything and steps away from the beach. Plus it has a parking space right in front!

  • Fun and peaceful

    Walking in was a lovely surprise, getting oohs and ahhs from my family. The condo was clean and cozy. Access to the beach is tricky with small children due to being on seawall blvd but we reserved parking and just pulled a u-turn and parked across the street. The hostess was quickly responsive to any questions and hugely helpful. It was the PERFECT end of school year vacation for us.
