40 year transplant family
5/5 This beautiful home could not have been better for our family celebration. Four sisters and 2 daughters from Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas got together to attend the Transplant Celebration at Harris Hospital in Fort Worth. Two of the sisters were the honored guests, as we were the first transplant (kidney) in Tarrant County 40 years ago.
The home was perfect. It was very spacious, had a beautiful view of the lake, beautifully decorated, beautiful grounds, boat dock, and had all the amenities and necessities possible. Every effort was made to make our family visit so very comfortable and pleasant. Again, it couldn't have been better.
The owner, Bridget Richard, was very helpful in offering helpful information and answering any questions we had. Evolve was great to work with in making our reservation.
Before we left, we started making plans to get together again this fall and stay at this home. We LOVED it. Thank you so much for helping make this very special family get together even more special.

5/5 The location was excellent! A few minutes from downtown but set apart from the hustle and bustle. Sits on a low-traffic road on which to take morning walks. The houses are spaced out. Definitely not a tract-home subdivision.
The grounds were nice: Front gathering patio with seats and swings under the pergola, NNW-facing SCREENED porches we enjoyed at various times of the day, nice grounds for outdoor activities, a lawn to play on, plenty of shade, large firepit dish surrounded by huge trees, and spacious double dock house and upper deck looking over the lake.
The house was roomy with plenty of open, yet pocketed, areas for flexible usage. Three full bathrooms! The tall counters were interesting. My short wife had to use the provided step stool in the bathroom and kitchen at times. Being 6', I appreciated not bending down much! The views from inside were amazing from the bedrooms, breakfast table, and lakeside room. Plenty of space to enjoy games, reading, and relaxing. It wasn't cold enough for the fireplace, but it looked great. Definitely on our list for places to stay again.

Comfortable Lake Getaway
5/5 We had such a nice stay at this location! We loved the decor, and the view out of the back windows was amazing! The kids LOVED the bunk room, and being able to dock our boat on location was a major plus. The place had everything we could possibly need and more. Would definitely stay here again.
