CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the chute near the elevator
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- All persons agree to comply with posted common area rules:
- No unit or amenity may be used in any way that: (1) may reasonably be considered annoying to neighbors; (2) may be calculates to reduce the desirability of the Property as a residential neighborhood; (3) may endanger the health or safety of residents of other units’; (4) may result in the cancellation of insurance of any portion of the Property; (5) violates any law; or (6) creates noise or odor pollution. The Board has the sole authority to determine what constitutes an annoyance
- The use and enjoyment of any recreation amenity involves risk of personal injury, death, and risk of damage or loss to property
- Each person using any amenity assumes all risks of personal injury, death, and loss or damage to property resulting from the use and enjoyment of any amenity
- Parents, guardians, caretakers, and supervisors are at all times responsible for the well being and safety of their children and guests in their use of the amenities. The parents, guardians, caretakers, and supervisors assume responsibility for having skills appropriate for the facility being used by his charges
