CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Prior to your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return the amenities key card to its original location
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels and washcloths in the laundry basket in the bedroom 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

WELCOME TO THE 18TH AT WALDEN CONDOMINIUMS:

PARKING:
- Park only in the blue-striped lot along Walden Road near the clubhouse and large pool
- White-striped spaces require permits and are reserved for owner residents and long-term renters
- Temporary unloading/loading: You may use a nearby space with emergency flashers on
- No parking allowed for boats, jet skis, boat trailers, or travel trailers in any of the lots
- Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense and reclaimed through Milstead (call for retrieval)

NOISE:
- Loud instruments, stereos, radios, televisions, and/or gatherings are forbidden.

BBQ GRILLS:
- Only open-flame BBQs are allowed at ground level and away from buildings

GOLF COURSE:
- Private – for members only
- Playing on or near the golf course is strictly prohibited

TRASH:
- Use dumpsters in parking lots for household trash only

BICYCLES:
- Must be parked in on-site bicycle racks
- Not allowed on balconies, porches, or parking areas

SKATEBOARDS / ROLLERBLADES / ROLLER SKATES:
- Not permitted in parking lots or common areas

FIREWORKS / FIREARMS:
- Strictly forbidden: Fireworks, firecrackers, and firearms

LAUNDRY ROOM:
- Located near the large family pool by the clubhouse
- Access via magnetic card swipe at door pad
- Doors must remain closed/locked and may not be propped open

STAIRWELLS / RAILINGS / WINDOWS / BALCONIES:
- Must be clear of clutter
- No hanging garments, rugs, or towels over railings
- No storing coolers or personal items outside

POOLS / HOT TUB:
- Accessed via magnetic swipe card at gate pad
- No propping gates open or climbing fences
- Adult Pool/Hot Tub (ages 18+): 10:00 AM-10:00 PM
- Family Pool: 9:00 AM-10:00 PM
- No running, diving, horseplay, loud music, or profanity
- Proper swimwear only – no cut-offs or street clothes
- No glass containers
- Pool furniture must remain within the pool area
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult

COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR:
- Any behavior deemed obnoxious or offensive by the Board of Directors is not permitted. When in doubt, please refrain
