5/5 First off, we rented for 4th of July weekend and it was the best trip I have ever had! We had others surrounding us but everyone was so friendly and having a fun time! I wish it didn't rain so much but what can you do. It was still a blast and my kids can't wait to go back! The owners are always willing to go above and beyond. Dina, her husband and their cleaning crew who work for the family are so generous, honest and reliable! We loveeeeee this area and always talk about how it's a blessing in disguise we found such a beautiful area! We can't wait to go back soon!
5/5 Spent the weekend here with the family and had a great time! The cottage is clean, cozy, and right on Lake Dunlap. It’s peaceful but still close to New Braunfels and Gruene.We grilled burgers by the water, went swimming, and did some fishing right off the property. The kitchen’s well-stocked, the beds are comfy, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing.Great spot for a low-key family getaway—would definitely come back!

Wonderful place
5/5 We absolutely loved staying here. Also was able to launch my boat from their ramp. Dina was super helpful and I would seriously recommend anyone to stay there. Place was very quiet at night even though it’s fairly close to the 46.

4/5 Everything was great, really loved the private dock and patio. If there was one critique it would be how there wasn’t a way for us to turn on the outside lights when we were trying to do some night fishing.
