CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. Check in at the front desk and pay the resort fee for access instructions
- Upon arrival, please visit the welcome center to obtain the required parking pass and community wristbands
- The key to access the home is located inside a lockbox, which is on one of the deck poles. The code is 1972
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
