  1st 4 day summer trip fishing with our kids & mother in law & was not what we expected🫤. Showers leaks all over the ceiling, walls, floor….awful! No pressure to kitchen faucet. Throughout the night my daughter went to the restroom & screamed ROACHES. Roaches in the restroom, kitchen counters🤢 & these were not small roaches either. Garbage disposal switch no where to be found. Living room couch was broken in the middle & we were unable to sit comfortably to watch a movie, so we sat on the floor. 2nd floor was Absolutely not accessible for elderly, my mother in law was unable to leave do to the stairs. Yes there was a first aid kit but not stocked with supplies to at least wrap a cut.

  I’m not one to complain or put in a bad review but after sending email, the response 2 days later stating “Repair man is on the way”, no ETA to make sure we were there since my mother in law was alone, no apology….no nothing!! Luckily we arrived as they were walking out. Very nice gentleman, stated the shower heads needed to get completely changed out.

  As a renter, you need to make sure is in not perfect condition but comfortable enough for your renters to experience. We normally stay at another AirB&B but didn’t need anything that big…..boy was I wrong. We should’ve paid more to stay there than this dirty condo. Definitely will NOT be returning!!

  Overall cute little place for the weekend in Fulton and Rockport. Instructions were a little confusing about parking especially because there was other units in the property as well. Walking distance to everything in downtown Fulton though. Would recommend!
