  This unit left much to be desired. First, we were not aware until reading the welcome instructions that there was another unit on the property. The property itself is in a sinking middle class neighborhood. During check-in the door keypad was not working so we were told to use the housekeeper’s key.We arrived to find pet-soiled carpets in the bedrooms, a bucket of dirty mop water in the garage, bedding and towels left in both the washer and dryer and smelling of mildew. In the kitchen there were no oven-safe pans and not enough silverware for the 8 of us to eat a meal together. There was a dirty sponge on the sink and a nearly empty bottle of dish soap. There was an inadequate supply of five coffee cups for the eight of us. In the primary bedroom there was a menstrual stain on the sheets of the king bed, so we slept on top of the comforter. The doorway from the hall into the primary bedroom had several nails poking up at the threshold that we tried to cover with a rug to protect our feet. The backyard was over grown with thistles and there was debris strewn throughout the yard.Our biggest disappointment though was that there was no air pump for the air mattress which we were counting on for two of our group of 8 to sleep on. After relaying this to the property manager, they responded with suggestions of where to look, (which we had already searched) instead of offering to supply a replacement.Overall, this unit gave us a place to crash but I would not stay here again.

  We had a great stay and the family loved the house. Great location as it’s close to SeaWorld and downtown fun.

  I couldn't ask for more than having so much room where we're not compacted like a hotel. Thanks for having us we appreciated the stay.

• Disappointed and embarrassed to have rented this house

  Very embarrassed by this property. Grass is overgrown, I had to sweep entryway of webs and debris. (there was a city tag at the front door about brush pickup from months prior) The house has not been occupied in a long time. Dead roaches everywhere. You would think that the owner would come do a walk through and tidy up the place before a new guests arrive. This place seemed abandoned. We went to buy detergent just to wash the sheets before we laid in the beds. They had shampoo and conditioner, but it was so watered down. (why even have it available?) The property advertises as pet friendly, but we could only put our dogs in the front yard. No back yard! I do not recommend this rental. I have family here and the first thing they said when they came to visit is, "What's up with the grass?". Pretty embarrassing to have my kids come over to visit. I addressed the lawn immediately upon arriving to the property. They responded, "I will check into it". Nothing got done. Very disappointed but it was too late to do anything about it.
