Stairs! 3 levels!
3/5 Kids bedroom smelled, faint hint of urine. All furniture IKEA/cheap. Some needed to be replaced. Not the comfiest but suited our needs. Parked in fenced area parking lot nextdoor and our vehicle was locked overnight, signage not visible. 3 levels of sleeping areas. House alarm across street kept going off after midnight for 2 hours...

- We’re sorry to hear the furniture didn’t meet your expectations—everything is sourced from a highly rated local store and selected with guest comfort and durability in mind. We’ll check for any pieces that may need to be replaced
- Parking instructions were sent before check-in, but it looks like you parked at a private lot next door that isn’t affiliated with the home. We did our best to assist, even though it was out of our control
- It seems the review may have been written in frustration, especially since you later tried to remove it, but we’re confident the home reflects the quality and care we provide for all our guests
