Great stay
5/5 Place was nice and large. Very clean. Would recommend for large groups.

No air conditioning unit in 4th bedroom
1/5 The residence was not visited in some time. The air unit in the 4th bedroom did not work with temps at around 80 degrees. The room was 85 degrees with windows open and a ceiling fan. You cannot sleep comfortable in this temperature. We communicated this Saturday morning with no help. We were told it woul be fixed after we were due to check out. The shower in the master suite required instructions to work it and required us to outreach the owner. The sink in the 4th bedroom next to the patio did not drain. Trash was not taken out in sometime and flowers on the counter dead about 3 weeks ago. A key for the drive way gate to park cars was never found in the box designated. I have reached out to obtain some refund with no response. Pictures were provided to show the AC issue and the patio canopy damage from storm earlier in the week.

Hi Dustin, we’re sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback, the homeowner shared the following:
-The cleaning company found no prior issues with the casita’s A/C or sink. Our property manager contacted the A/C company, which arrived within hours and repaired the thermostat.
-Shortly before your arrival, strong winds in San Antonio brought down the patio tarp. Once notified, we promptly sent a maintenance technician to restore it and ensure the outdoor space remained accessible.
-Regarding the flowers left behind, we’ve reached out to the cleaning company for clarification, as this is an unusual occurrence. We sincerely apologize for the oversight.
-There is no lock on the driveway gate, so a box is unnecessary. After looking into the matter, we can confirm that all concerns have been addressed and resolved.
