- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is located on the east fence along the driveway, camera 2 is located on the west fence along the driveway, camera 3 is located on the cabin exteriors facing the lake, camera 4 is located near the driveway entrance, and camera 5 is located on the dock overlooking the shared dock area. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay
- This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical that no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- There is no garbage disposal in the sink. Please use the sink strainer and dispose of food bits in the trash

- This is Unit B and the name is 'The Lodge,' which is located closest to the lake

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
- The GPS address marker on Google Maps will take you to the property's gravel driveway; please note that the WAZE app is not accurate
- Continue driving straight along the fence for approximately 600 feet toward the water
- 'The Lodge' will be directly in front of you, along the right fence line

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Leave slept-in beds unmade; do not strip linens
- For pullout sofa linens, please remove (if used), fold the bed back into the sofa with only the zip-around mattress cover in place & leave sheets near/on the sofa
- Hang used towels on bath hooks; do not leave wet towels on the wood floor
- Remove all perishable/open food items & any leftovers in the fridge/freezer
- Check oven/range & grill to make sure gas is turned off
- Ensure both TVs are off and leave remotes nearby
- Gather & bag all trash and deposit into garbage cans at the driveway entrance
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Return kayaks, paddles, vests & any moved outdoor furniture to the original location
- Set A/C to 72 degrees, close/lock any opened windows & close privacy shades/curtains
- Upon final departure, please turn off all lights and LOCK DOOR
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or vaping inside the home
- No flame candles allowed
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, large gatherings, loud music or boisterous behavior
- Kayaks are for the enjoyment of all property guests and are not allowed to be removed from the property to use elsewhere
- No driving/parking on grass, park in designated areas only. When in doubt, ask the Guest Contact
- No electric car charging. Attempted charging will damage property
- No package or mail delivery to the address permitted
- This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, diapers, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- If trash is full, please take bagged trash to the cans at the top of the driveway. Do not leave bagged trash outside your door, as this attracts ants & other undesirable critters

- All canoes, kayaks & paddle boards must have on board one (1) USCG-approved wearable PFD for each person on board. Game Warden fines may result if discovered
