We were in Beaver for a bike race and opted to stay near the finish line (Eagle Point Ski Resort) versus at the start line (Downtown Beaver). Location was great. The condo was spacious for 2 people, but I really can't imagine sharing the bedroom with 5 people. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The condo really needed a deep clean. It was also very dark inside. It is just the way it is with only front and rear windows and tons of trees blocking the sun. It was a beautiful area of Utah and we spent most of our time outdoors.

Perfect family get away. True ski in and ski out. Full kitchen. Clean. Beautiful light glass lit fireplace. Steps away from lodge with full restaurant dinning. Queen bunk bed and twin in one bedroom. Full bath and a half bath.
We have stayed at this property two or three times over the last 2 years. We will be heading back next month and renting the same place. The only bad experience we had this time was that the power went out because of storms. We didn't know how long the power would be out so we decided to pack up and leave that night. Cutting our trip short was sad but it was no fault of the property owner.
