  I give this condo 2 stars because it was dirty on surface level areas and got even worse when you looked below the surface. The kitchen had food bits on the floor, which told me it was not swept before I arrived. Linens were dirty or stained, such as the towels and bedding.... GROSS. No one can be comfortable knowing that the place isn't clean. This really made it difficult for me to enjoy my stay... disappointing.

  There was also dingy throughout, which is not evident in the pictures. Again I would say this is due to lack of cleanliness from surface areas, to the carpet, window trims, base boards, etc. The place definitely can use a deep cleaning to improve the overall cleanliness.

  But most importantly the cleaning in between guests was less than acceptable. A new guest should not walk into crumbs left behind from the previous guest and should have fresh, clean linens to use. This was not the case for me and my family, which caused discomfort and dissatisfaction.

Unfortunately, our current cleaning company is not meeting our standards, so we are addressing the issues. Rest assured it won't happen again. We are currently having the condo deep cleaned. • Beautiful View and great value

  This condo was a great experience. The check in process was very easy, the condo was clean and comfortable. Location was great, right across the street from Giant Steps Lodge. Really enjoyed having the 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Loved the fireplace as well.
