  Great property, just as advertised. Plenty of sleeping spaces for our family reunion. Views were awesome. Five minutes from Garden City. Check in process and communication were easy. Used the hot tub, bounce house, movie theater, billiards, pickleball and more.

  We had a truly wonderful stay at this Bear Lake home! We hosted a family reunion with 35 people ranging in age from toddlers to grandparents, and this home was perfect for everyone. The kids were in heaven with the bounce house in the garage, the wall with the marble run, the cozy little room under the stairs, the tetherball setup, and especially the sand pit under the deck slide—it kept them happily entertained for hours.The layout of the home worked beautifully for a large group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and we really appreciated that several of them were tucked away from the main gathering areas, which made it easy for kids to nap or for anyone to have a quiet break during the day. The double washer and dryer were a huge bonus for a group our size.The amenities were top-notch—the theater room, pool tables, and pickleball court were all big hits! The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully arranged with lots of seating for meals together. We especially loved the pebble ice machine—such a nice touch!This home made our reunion easy, fun, and memorable. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again!

  We had a family reunion with my entire family. It was amazing, there was plenty of room for all 32 of us. The place was clean and the kids loved the hot tub and the play area. I would really recommend this place.

  We recently held our family reunion at Elks Ridge Retreat. The location of the house, bedrooms, and bathrooms were what our large family needed. The pool table and theater room were great and used a lot by the grandkids. Was disappointed that the firepit and tetherball included in the amenities on the listing were not available for our use.

  This was the perfect house for our family. We have two families that have several children and we put them in the rooms with the triple bunks. We also have three families with just one child so rooms with two beds or a bed and a crib worked great. We loved having so much dining space and so many bathrooms, too, and the theatre room was awesome. The outside dress we’re great for us to play in when we weren’t down at the lake. It was the perfect vacation rental.
