This beautiful home is new, modern, clean and comfortable. The three-car garage was available for guests. Everything worked well, i.e., air conditioning, appliances, plumbing, etc. I especially enjoyed the lighting: bright light when you need it, dim when you prefer it, or anything in between. The master bedroom /bathroom suite was spacious. There were beautiful views, especially from the deck and the large windows and sliding doors in the living room / dining room area. Unlike some VRBO’s we’ve visited that had great views, this home also has shades on all windows – you have your choice of great views or privacy. Both the owner and the property manager were responsive and easy to deal with. The house was well-stocked with paper goods and lots of clothes hangers. It offered lots of closet space and drawer space. The location, south of town, is perfect. Arches NP is north, minutes away. Canyonlands NP (Islands section) and Dead Horse SP are a little bit further west. The drive south to Canyonlands NP (Needles section) is longer, but the scenery along the way is stunning. We enjoyed horseback riding at Hauer Ranch (Moab Horses); it was pricey but offered outstanding vistas. The local Corona Arch and Grandstaff Trails were very scenic.I am a strict, picky vegan married to a non-vegan, yet we had no problem finding restaurants with delicious food that met both our needs. We had Fun, Fresh Air, and Fabulous Fotos to add to our collection!
