3/5 We expected better for our first stay at a verbo.Location was good for our planned activities. There were a number of issues that my wife and I noted. Queen mattress in spare bedroom with bunk was terribly soft for a senior with sciatica; Kitchen sink (right) drained slowly (clogged?)One of the Safety handles on shower wall fell off( suction failed) and fell to floor: No exterior security in rear; Vinyl flooring felt sticky walking barefoot.Lint trap in dryer packed: filter basket in electric broom/vacuum full of dust, hair, etc.Microwave hard to operate. Took a day and a half to figure it out.Condensation build up in bathroom (mirror) when showering despite ceiling exhaust fan.Now the good part— Property was centrally located for our activities.Furnished adequately with kitchen utensils, towels, coffee pods, soap, appliances. Access to community beach.Friendly neighbors and lawn maintenance man.
