  House was overall very clean, but the house needs some work. Neighborhood and yard were great. Couldn’t get any hot water out of main bathroom shower; same bathroom door sticks badly at about halfway closed, kitchen was pretty sparse for supplies. Master bedroom has no side tables/lamps which made it cumbersome to plug in phone, navigate with overhead light off.

  - The home is equipped with a sufficient number of pots and pans needed to prepare meals, and there’s no need for excessive cookware. Utensils are provided in quantities to match the number of guests per booking.
  - The listing photos clearly show that the master bedroom does not include end tables, but there are several outlets throughout the room and other areas of the home for easy device charging.
  - The bathroom door has been repaired, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by its sticking, as well as any issues with hot or cold water during your stay.

  The house was adequate but they were missing pots and pans. No condiments or anything in house. Ants along fridge and upstairs bathroom. Upstairs master sink was slowly leaking. Upstairs spare bathroom door stuck halfway on opening. No over air tv, only Roku so no local channels. I told renter about leak and was told somebody would come out to fix and spray but nobody showed up. Won’t rent again.

  - The home is stocked with basic items like coffee K-cups, salt, pepper, and sugar, but we avoid offering additional condiments to respect food safety and allergy concerns
  - We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ants and leaking sink; scheduling service after 11 a.m. on a weekend was challenging, but the faucet and door issues have since been resolved.
  - Roku is the primary TV setup at the home, and while it includes live local channels, guests who prefer different streaming services will need to download or bring their own logins.

  10/10 very clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable and cozy. GREAT location, food and stores nearby. I will definitely be booking again!
