- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Ensure all fires are put out
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Open fires are only permitted when there is no active burn ban. There is a sign at the entrance to the community that states if there are burn bans in effect. Before starting a fire, please verify the status of burn bans by calling 1.360.569.2752
- All fires must be attended to and fully put out before leaving the property
- The community lake is located at 108 Mountain View Dr
- The community lake is to be used at your own risk, as there are no lifeguards on duty
- The twin memory foam/air mattress can be found under the bed in Bedroom 2
